TO WHOM PGT SHOULD BE DONE?

To whom PGT should be done?

1. For expectant mothers aged 36 and over

2. Couples who have not been able to get pregnant despite two or more IVF applications

3. Couples with recurrent early pregnancy losses (miscarriages) (excluding translocation carriers)

4. Couples carrying balanced translocation

5. Families who are at risk for some single gene diseases, such as Familial Mediterranean Fever, Sickle Cell Anemia, Cystic Fibrosis, and SMA.

6. Selecting HLA compatible embryo

7. Couples having a child with genetic disease from previous pregnancies

8.Mothers with aneuploidy (chromosomal abnormality) pregnancy history

9.Gonadal mosaicism (two or more same abnormal births despite the genetic test results of spouses)

10.TESE cases (cases with severe male infertility)
